REFUND POLICY

A Legal Disclaimer

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all reservations, purchases, and transactions made with Lady Wu (“the Venue”). By confirming a booking or placing an order, guests agree to the terms stated below.

1. Reservations & Deposits

Deposits are required for certain reservations, special seating, or peak-hour bookings.

All deposits are non-refundable, except in situations where the Venue cancels the reservation due to operational reasons.

If the guest cancels or reduces the number of attendees, the deposit will not be refunded or credited.

2. Minimum Spend Reservations

Minimum spend commitments apply to specific seating areas and time slots.

Minimum spend amounts are based on the reservation terms agreed upon at the time of booking.

No refunds or partial refunds will be issued if the minimum spend is not met.

3. Food & Beverage Orders

Once an order has been placed and preparation has begun, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.

Refunds will only be considered if the Venue has made an error in the order or if the product is deemed unsatisfactory due to quality or preparation issues.

4. Weather Conditions

As an outdoor rooftop establishment, operations may be affected by rain, lightning, haze, or other weather conditions.

The Venue may relocate guests, pause service, or temporarily close certain sections for safety.

Refunds or compensation due to weather disruptions are not guaranteed and will be assessed at the Venue’s discretion.

5. No-Shows & Late Arrivals

Reservations will be held for 15 minutes from the scheduled time.

Guests who fail to arrive within the grace period may have their table released.

No refunds, credits, or deposit transfers will be provided for no-shows or late arrivals without prior notice.

6. Private Events & Group Bookings

Event bookings are governed by the terms of the specific event contract.

Cancellation fees, deposit policies, and refund terms will follow the signed agreement.

In most cases, deposits for event bookings are non-refundable.

7. Service Interruptions

In rare cases of technical issues, unexpected closures, or safety concerns, the Venue may suspend or modify service.

Refunds or service credits, if any, will be evaluated case-by-case and remain at the sole discretion of management.

8. Management Rights

The Venue reserves the right to amend or interpret this Policy as necessary.

All decisions regarding refunds are final and made in good faith to ensure fairness to both guests and the Venue.
