Welcome to Lady Wu Rooftop Bar. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please observe the following house rules:

1. Age Requirement
Entry is restricted to guests 18 years and above.
Valid photo ID may be required at the door.

2. Dress Code
Smart casual attire is encouraged.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry based on inappropriate or disorderly appearance.

3. Conduct & Safety
Respect fellow guests and staff at all times.
Disorderly, aggressive, or disruptive Behavior will not be tolerated.
For your safety, please follow staff instructions during peak hours and adverse weather conditions.

4. Alcohol Consumption
We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to intoxicated guests.
No outside food or alcoholic beverages are permitted.

5. Table & Seating Policy
Reservations may be held for a limited time before release.
Minimum spend may apply during peak periods or special events.
Standing areas may apply when the venue is at capacity.

6. Personal Belongings
Please keep your belongings with you at all times.
Lady Wu is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal items.

7. Photography & Media
Photos and videos may be taken for promotional or event purposes.
If you prefer not to be featured, please inform our staff.

8. Prohibited Items
Weapons, illegal substances, and any hazardous items are strictly prohibited.
Management may conduct bag checks if necessary for safety.

9. Management Rights
Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service, and to remove any guest who does not comply with venue rules or Singapore laws.
